Reporting to the Executive Director, the Public Works Worker performs various duties relating to the maintenance, operation and infrastructure of Brunswick House First Nation’s community buildings, snow removal, streetlights, and street signs, roads within the Nation’s limits, storm sewer and water system.

Reporting to the Director of Child and Family Advocacy the Mental Health Worker will work with youth and adult populations and promote prevention strategies, intervention, aftercare referrals, and ensure follow-up services to individuals, families and community concerning mental health.

Reporting to the Health Manager, the Home and Community Care Worker provide a range of services to support individuals, particularly those with disabilities, chronic or acute illnesses, or those who are elderly, to maintain their independence and well-being in their homes and communities.

Reporting to the Health Manager, the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children position is to improve the long- term health prospects of children aged 0-6 years through activities including pre-and post-natal screening and assessment, home visiting and service coordination.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Child and Family Advocacy will oversee the Band Representative Department, Jordan’s Principle Services, Post Majority Care Program and the Choose Life Program.

Reporting to the Band Representative Lead, the Band Rep Administration Coordinator is responsible for band representative office reception and general administration as well as maintaining, updating, and verifying the Child and Family Advocacy directory.

Reporting to the Director of Education, the Adult/Post-Secondary Education is to implement community adult learning programming reflective of both the needs of the community and the needs of participants enrolled in the program.

Reporting to the Early Learning Coordinator, the Early Learning Assistant works in collaboration with staff and supervisors when working with families and children, connecting with the community, and assuming childcare responsibilities related to the day-to-day operations of the day care center.

This position will be the first contact for members, visitors, and staff on the telephone and at the front desk and will perform duties such as correspondence, mail, data entry, filing, and general inquiries in accordance with the band rep program.
