Summer Labourer — Student Position
Two-month opportunity with STLLR Gold in Timmins and Matheson
STLLR Gold is seeking motivated student labourers to join its exploration team for a two-month contract supporting core processing and summer field programs in Timmins and Matheson.
This opportunity is intended for students who will be returning to school or beginning their studies in the fall. Extended employment may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Participate in health and safety initiatives, meetings and required reporting.
- Follow established health and safety procedures.
- Work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions.
- Collaborate with STLLR Gold staff and contractors.
- Pallet and rack boxes containing drill-core samples.
- Maintain sample inventories, including records in Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with GPS work, access flagging and site remediation.
- Support geology and environmental teams with sampling and equipment installation.
- Maintain and organize field equipment and supplies.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s licence or equivalent.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork, communication, organization and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is preferred.
- First Aid, WHMIS and other relevant safety certifications are considered assets.
