School Program Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Program Coordinator to support our evening programs. The ideal candidate is either a certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE), holds a Teacher’s Diploma, or is currently enrolled in a related educational program.

Key Responsibilities

• • Coordinate and supervise after-school and evening programming.
  • Support the planning and delivery of educational and recreational activities.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Maintain program records, attendance, and incident reports as needed.

Qualifications

• • Must have an ECE certification, Teacher’s Diploma, or be currently attending school for one of these programs.
  • A current CPIC (Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening) is required.
  • Experience working with children and youth in an educational or community-based setting is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
