Request for Bid: Catering
caterers for Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations taking place on June 21, 2026.
Brunswick House First Nation is seeking bids from caterers to provide lunch and dinner catering services for Indigenous Peoples Day celebrations on June 21, 2026.
The successful bidder will be responsible for providing both of the following catering services.
Bidders are to provide:
Lunch Service for Approximately 150 People

- A BBQ lunch for approximately 150 people
- Assorted salads
- Assorted desserts
- Condiments, serving supplies, and utensils
- Food preparation and serving
- Complete cleanup of the catering area following the meal
Please include the following information in your quotation:

- Proposed menu
- Total cost, including all applicable fees and taxes
- Number of staff provided
- Relevant catering experience
Dinner Service for Approximately 200 People
The successful bidder will be responsible for:

- Providing a complete dinner meal for approximately 200 people
- Purchasing all food and supplies
- Preparing and cooking the meal
- Serving the meal
- Cleaning all food service areas following the event
