Join the Child Welfare Advisory Working Group

Help guide Brunswick House First Nation’s Feasibility and Workplan for community-based child welfare laws.

Deadline to Apply: November 15, 2025

Brunswick House First Nation is launching a Feasibility and Workplan to explore the possibility of implementing our own child welfare laws.

We’re seeking six community members — youth, elders, and adults (both on and off reserve) — to join our Advisory Working Group.

The commitment is one meeting per month, held either in person or online. Members will contribute their insight and ideas throughout the project and help present the findings to the community once the study is complete.

If you’re interested, please submit an application explaining why you would like to join. All members are encouraged to apply.
Applications must be submitted by November 15th.
