Important service updates from Chief and Council
Chief and Council would like to share the following updates with Brunswick House First Nation members. These notices are being shared together as they relate to temporary service disruptions caused by staff illness.
Administration Office – Service Update
The Administration Office is currently short-staffed due to illness. As a result, members may experience unanswered phone calls or delays in response.
Chief and Council acknowledge the frustration this may cause and want members to know that steps are being taken to improve coverage and communication. Moving forward, efforts are underway to provide better and more consistent service to the community.

Per Capita Distribution (PCD) – Processing Update
Per Capita Distribution (PCD) processing has been temporarily paused as the PCD Clerk is currently on sick leave.
Temporary support has been arranged, beginning Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and efforts will be made to resume PCD services as quickly as possible.
Chief and Council appreciate members’ patience and understanding while this temporary disruption is addressed.
