Important Update
We regret to inform Brunswick House First Nation members of drastic changes to the Jordan’s Principle Program that is being implemented Nation Wide. A memo was sent by Indigenous Services Canada yesterday detailing how the program is changing and what this means for families and children.
We have attached the memo for your review
Addressing Medical Access Barriers:

- Psychoeducational assessments (bi-annual) by a child psychologist
- Pediatrician visits (quarterly) with Dr. Verbeek
- Dental services (bi-annual), including a dentist and dental hygienist
- Optometrist visits (bi-annual)
- Naturopath visits (monthly)
- Audiologist services (annual)
- Additional services as required
Additional Support Services

- Clothing and recreational support for families
